Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.

Delivery Time. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).  Delivery time will vary with location.  Contact customer service for a delivery time estimate to your area.  Customer will be notified by email if a backorder delays shipment of order.

Shipping Methods.  Customers may choose to have their order shipped via U.S. Postal Service or U.P.S.   Anyone wishing to request a different service should contact shipping@mjsheetmusic.com.

Damaged Shipments. At MJ Sheet Music, we pack our orders very carefully and are not responsible for damage caused by freight carriers. Items damaged during delivery should be reported to the U.S. Post Office or delivery company used.

Returns.  MJ Sheet Music supports copyright laws.  For this reason, music may only be returned for the following reasons:

• Manufacturer's Defects
• Wrong item(s) shipped

Customers who need more information about a song or music book before purchasing should contact Customer Service

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department within 10 business days from the postmark date. Please email the refund request to support@mjsheetmusic.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
